About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe preparation of surgical instruments for theatre and other clinical areas. This includes thermal disinfection inspection, packaging, and sterilization of all instrumentation, as well as maintaining compliance with relevant AS/NZ standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain complex machinery and equipment related to instrument reprocessing.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of quality activities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize instrumentation and processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in instrument reprocessing.
