About The Role
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be accountable for your workload and make recommendations on the hotel and local area.
  • Respond to guest feedback and concerns appropriately and follow up as required.

About You
  • Success in a similar role and exposure to front office reception and reservations work.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and get satisfaction from helping, problem-solving and being accountable.
  • Have an eye for detail and excellent administrative skills, able to pick up systems quickly.
  • Commitment to working under pressure in a varied environment and being flexible to work various shifts.
