The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of marketing initiatives and commercialisation of all in-store marketing activities, ensuring operational readiness. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing, operations, and product teams to develop cohesive market activation plans.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the critical path for products/services, developing in-market processes, managing trials, and implementing back-of-house smallwares and processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for brand sign-off processes, new product development, and supply chain management.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in QSR operations and/or marketing, project management, and solid problem-solving skills.
