**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is crucial for ensuring marketing initiatives deliver tangible business results. A key focus is the successful execution and commercialisation of all in-store marketing activities, including enhancing the in-store Customer Experience (CX). Close collaboration with the marketing, operations, and product teams to develop cohesive and effective market activation plans is key to this critical role.
**Key Activities Include**:
**GTM (Go to Market) Activities**
- Completion from an operational perspective of Stage Gate documents and attendance of Stage Gate Approval meetings for the Oporto brand, and ensuring that all timelines are met to ensure operational readiness.
- Overseeing the critical path for all products/services for the Oporto brand to ensure initiatives are delivered in full and on time.
- Develop in-market processes, including strategic management of trials for campaign readiness, and keep all stakeholders informed.
- Management of the trial calendar for menu and product development to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement BOH (Back-of-House) smallwares and processes to maintain product presentation to CX standards. Collaborate with Operations Services, the New Store Opening team, and Supply Chain to boost kitchen efficiency.
- Manage brand sign-off processes across all GTM initiatives with the Head of Operations and the Head of Marketing.
- Collaborate with New Product Development, Supply Chain and Operations teams to manage the development and compliance of new and existing product builds, margins, consistency and consumption accuracy.
- Work closely with the NPD team on new product builds to ensure consistency and reduce operational complexities.
- Liaise with the Learning and Development team to ensure training materials are ready before each trial and campaign.
***Customer Experience**
- Manage the content and delivery of the Brand's CX program, including the in-journey experience.
- Review and recommend key in-store CX journeys, developing assets, materials, and products to deliver the Brand's OMG service proposition.
- Develop the CX strategy to support all marketing initiatives and build key actions as part of launch documentation.
- Management and implementation of brand packaging in line with legislative and CX requirements.
**Operations Services Support**
- Work with the Operations team to ensure clear objectives, timelines, and processes are communicated promptly, securing buy-in from the Oporto team and franchise network.
- Prepare all launch documentation with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of all brand initiatives.
- Identify, communicate, and collaborate with the operations team to improve compliance across all marketing and CX implementations.
**Continuous**Improvement**
- Seek out and propose new ideas and process improvements to enhance market activation efforts.
- Active participation in Franchise Advisory Council and Oporto Leadership meetings, as required
- Liaise with and align with the Operations Services team in relation to streamlining training materials and updates to the training materials
- Ensure that all training materials and manuals are reviewed (& updated) as required
**About You**
**Essential**
- QSR industry experience in an operations and/or marketing capacity.
- Project and Program Management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
