Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager, Catering to drive brand activation and sales volume outcomes in the Australian catering and foodservice market. This role involves winning new distribution and driving premium brand execution through internal and external collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Winning new distribution in leading catering and foodservice groups by deploying hunting lists, diagnosing mutual value propositions, and developing value-add sell-stories.
  • Deploying category, data, and industry insights to increase depth of distribution and negotiate target sales volume and financial outcomes.
  • Delivering outlet execution against measures, creating customer launch programs, and securing mass placement of point-of-sale items in accounts.
  • Developing promotional programs, inclusive of limited-time offers, and fostering branded collaboration within and with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A university degree and minimum 5 years senior account manager experience.
  • Success in working with leading catering and foodservice chains on the supplier side.
  • Strong understanding of the catering and foodservice segment and key stakeholders.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong presentation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Action-orientated, with a proven track record of driving outcomes.
