IT Support Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking an IT professional to join our organization as an IT Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to play a key part in supporting the use of systems and equipment.

About the Role
  • Provide first and second line support for all IT & communication software, systems, and technologies used by the organization.
  • Utilize a wide range of IT skills in a predominantly Microsoft environment.
  • Play a key part in projects to further improve systems and services.

This role is varied and covers all aspects of IT and telecoms, with a primary focus on application support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical queries from employees, providing timely and effective solutions.
  2. System Administration: Maintain and update IT systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Project Work: Contribute to various projects aimed at improving IT systems and services.
