IT Support Role

We are looking for a skilled IT support professional to join our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first and second line support for all IT & communication software, systems, and technologies used by the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, with experience working in a predominantly Microsoft environment. You will be required to utilise a wide range of IT skills, including Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, SharePoint 365 development, Microsoft SQL & Reporting Services, and bespoke applications encompassing CRM & ERP.

Additionally, you will be expected to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees regarding IT and communication software, systems, and technologies.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in application support, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and methodologies.
