Expert Solutions Developer

The role of Senior Solutions Architect at a global technology firm requires an experienced professional to collaborate with clients and internal teams in crafting tailored solutions incorporating advanced technologies, technical services, and ongoing support.

This multi-faceted consulting services position involves the integration of application software, infrastructure, and related technology components to drive business growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply proven expertise in technical networking systems and platform deployment in a presales solution architecture capacity.
  • Work closely with sales teams to generate demand for refreshing and modernizing data networking with campus, branch, SDWAN/WAN edge, and datacenter/cloud connectivity.
  • Translate customer requirements into costed, scoped professional services statements of work and bills of hardware and software materials.
  • Develop project execution plans with NTTD project managers and technical consultants/delivery engineers.
  • Drive NTTD branded support services attachment to OEM vendor hardware and software.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customer counterparts.
  • Collaborate with key vendor counterparts to remain current with networking technology developments.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or business, or a related field.
  • Vendor certifications such as Cisco CCxx, Aruba Certified X, Juniper Certified X, etc.
  • Certification and working knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.).
  • Safe Scaled Agile certification advantageous.
Required Experience
  • Advanced professional technical design, deployment, change implementation, testing, and day-to-day management of data networking infrastructure and associated control platforms.
  • Advanced project or program management experience preferred but not essential.
  • Advanced client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management.
  • Advanced experience integrating solutions for projects with business domains, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices.
  • Advanced experience working in agile development environments.
  • Advanced experience developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions.
