About the Role

This role involves driving business growth by developing and delivering detailed technology solutions through consulting project activities. As a strategic advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients to make informed decisions, helping them size and define projects for success, and ensuring they achieve value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic bids and proposals for data and digital engineering engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client requirements and tailor digital solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform digital strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation and innovation.
  • Facilitate and lead customer workshops to understand their business needs and goals, design strategic solution options, and build a work package.
  • Provide technical expertise on digital tools and platforms to support bid and proposal processes.
  • Lead bids and proposal delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Support cost estimation for the bids and proposals.
  • Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

10+ Years of Experience:

  • Extensive experience in an IT consulting role, preferably within a multidisciplinary IT professional services organization, with previous experience supporting bids and proposals in a professional services consulting environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful digital strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and platforms relevant to bids and proposals.
  • Ability to analyse, isolate, and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
  • Finance management experience, including cost estimation and budget tracking and reporting.
  • Proven analytical, consultation, and planning skills.
  • Strong ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to interact and network with stakeholders across the organisation.
