Job Title: Event Planner

We are seeking a skilled Event Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events from conception to execution.

  • Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective event delivery.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, ensuring successful execution.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue management, catering, audiovisual equipment, and run sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in planning and organizing successful events.
  • Knowledge of event planning best practices and industry trends.
  • A strong portfolio of past events and positive testimonials from clients or stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
