
Compassionate Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will provide comprehensive biopsychosocial care to patients in need.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy to address various mental health concerns.
- Facilitate interventions and programs for chronic, acute, and/or severe disease management, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy models, lifestyle medicine, and psychoeducation.
Your qualifications include:
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
- An active Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
- Three years of experience in the outpatient therapy setting.

- Demonstrated experience in creation of effective and appropriate treatment plans, documentation of services provided and consistent communication with other providers
- Demonstrated experience with managed care reimbursement including utilization review and appropriateness of care concepts
