We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Professional to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role involves providing expert support to customers via various channels, troubleshooting issues, and escalating tickets to internal teams when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
The key responsibilities of this role include:

Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of technology and software applications.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Jira, SSMS, SQL, and Visual Studio.
