Drive Regional Sales Growth

We're an innovative team shaping the future of resources. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll take charge of sales strategy and execution across your region.

You will foster long-term relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to meet ambitious targets.

- Lead business development and account management, nurturing key relationships and unlocking new markets for our product portfolio.

- Develop regional sales plans and create strategies to grow our share in core product lines while pursuing new and overseas market opportunities.

- Explore, negotiate, and manage strategic supply agreements with key customers to deepen engagement and deliver mutual value.

- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Key Qualifications

- Background in Engineering, Mining, Business, Trade, or related field

- Demonstrated years of experience in mining or similar markets, with a strong understanding of customer needs

- Proven success in technical sales roles and market development

- Experience working across borders or familiarity with export/import requirements

- Strong communication and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver strategic insights to leadership
