As a Territory Manager, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and transform the healthcare industry.
The Role- Sales Strategies: Develop sales plans to achieve growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus, and education.
- Relationship Development: Establish strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximize business opportunities and provide added value to our customers through product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
- Customer Support: Evolve into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
- Territory Management: Create a strategic business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with senior management.
- Problem Resolution: Address product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
- Operating Room Presence: Present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximize the use and application of medical devices, providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses, and other personnel as required.
- Inventory Control: Oversee the maintenance of product inventory.
- An allied health background or qualification with a strong desire to transition into medical device sales.
- A proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling connection with healthcare professionals and building lasting relationships.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
