A senior pharmacist role has become available to oversee weekend patient flow and ensure timely discharges.
About the PositionThis is a part-time opportunity offering a balance between work and personal life while contributing to clinical pharmacy services.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services with a focus on improving patient flow and safe discharges on weekends.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams in Cardiology and other specialty areas, ensuring optimal care outcomes.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA registration are mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will have proven ability to manage complex inpatient caseloads and prioritize discharges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
As a Weekend Patient Flow Lead, you will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of patients through our healthcare system on weekends. This involves working closely with our medical and nursing teams to ensure that patients receive the best possible care in a timely manner. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the improvement of our clinical pharmacy services.
