Business Optimisation Manager

The key to business success lies in optimising operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives.

This role requires a skilled professional who can take on the challenge of leading business analysis and reporting, increasing visibility and proactive management of key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing centralised contract performance management systems and processes, providing strategic support to senior management, and conducting market research and industry analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and execution of business strategies.
  • Develop and implement business process redesign and improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to inform business decision making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in key business projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in business, commerce, or an equivalent area of study.
  • Proven experience in business and financial analysis, including monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business strategy development and ongoing monitoring and reporting of progress against plan.
