Optimising Financial Models with Data-Driven Strategy

This role combines business acumen, data analysis, and modelling expertise to create optimised financial models. The goal is to leverage data as the central hub for all interactions, developing a semantic layer that makes business concepts machine-readable and drives future solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a technology roadmap to support the Financial Modelling team, aligning with the Group's Technology Strategy.
  • Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, architecture, and engineering to design and implement technology solutions delivering business outcomes.
  • Lead a team of technology professionals within the crew, part of the CBA Pace model, including members in CBA India.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and a track record in modern data engineering, with a passion for innovation in how data is delivered and used for advanced analytics.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of data engineering, experience with modern technologies, and passion for innovation are essential. Strong communication and leadership skills are also required.
