Job Opportunity: Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist

Contract Duration: 6 months

About the Role

Join a high-performing, values-driven team managing injury and claims to support employee wellbeing and recovery. You will handle a diverse caseload, ensuring positive outcomes for injured employees with sound judgment and legislative knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess initial liability and make appropriate decisions
  2. Manage ongoing claims and entitlements
  3. Coordinate early intervention and rehabilitation
  4. Engage stakeholders for return-to-work planning
  5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
  6. Contribute to training and wellbeing initiatives
Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of workers' compensation law, proven claims management experience, excellent communication skills, and a people-first approach with integrity and empathy.
