Construction Leadership Specialist

Are you a skilled construction professional looking for a challenging role that utilizes your leadership skills?
A Quality Controls Project Manager position is available at our organization, where you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of construction projects.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing project safety plans, leading by example in health and safety practices, and ensuring projects are completed as per design, budget, and schedule.
You will also provide technical expertise to the project team, negotiate subcontracts, and monitor progress. Additionally, you will communicate with clients and stakeholders, managing their expectations and providing regular performance reports.
We are seeking an experienced professional who has a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with 8-10 years of progressive construction experience. You should have strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
