Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Bondi Junction. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure seamless communication and a shared commitment to excellence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the safety and well-being of our children.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
