Job DescriptionAs an Early Childhood Educator Trainee, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members. You will comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
- You will build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a professional and positive work culture.
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
- Appropriate Australian work rights.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability.
- Interest in early years education.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
- The ability to meet our immunisation requirements.
