About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Educator to lead our team of dedicated Educators at Goodstart Bondi Junction.
As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of all children.
With a strong focus on safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, you will collaborate with our Educational Leader and Centre staff to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Your Benefits
- You will receive a competitive salary of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Your Requirements
- A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A current NSW Working with Children Check.
