As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey. You will work closely with your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators to forge your career while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members.
- Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
- Contributing to a professional and positive work culture.
To be eligible for this Traineeship, you must hold:
- A willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
- Appropriate Australian work rights.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability.
- Interest in early years education.
- A valid Working with Children Check.
