About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Trainee Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre.
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Appropriate work rights and a valid Working with Children Check.
- Ability to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
