About the Role:

This is a pivotal position within our organization, focusing on human resources and people development. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and growing our team to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Complex case management, encompassing grievance resolution, workplace investigations, industrial matters, and performance management.
    • Providing HR advisory and consultancy services based on industry frameworks, including policy and practices.
    • Workforce analysis and reporting.

About You:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated expertise in applying HR frameworks, including relevant legislation and policies.
  • Experience with business partnership approaches, coaching, advising, and facilitating complex employment matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to manage people issues sensitively, confidentially, and fairly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications.
