Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Lead to join our team in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget and timeline.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company objectives and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivered methodologies.
  • Participate and supervise the successful execution of each stage of the project using the Project Delivery Framework.
  • Working closely with external vendors to develop, test and deploy solution and ensure outcomes are delivered as scoped.

Requirements:

  • Deep project management experience, ideally in software and larger scale digital transformation, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs on time and meeting all objectives.
  • Technical Project Manager with Infrastructure, O365, Information Management and business application implementation experience.
  • Proven experience in the delivery of Information Management/Knowledge Management programs or projects.
  • Qualification in Project Management or related technical field required and equivalent with proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Extensive change management experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
