Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our support services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert technical assistance to our clinicians and executives across multiple hospital sites.

You will be responsible for owning incidents and requests to SLA using ITIL practice for incident, problem, change and knowledge management. This will involve building, configuring, upgrading, and decommissioning Windows endpoints to SOE/MOE standards.

In addition, you will administer Intune or MECM for enrolment, policy, and application deployment. You will also provide support to VIPs and senior leaders with calm, proactive communication, ensuring that they have access to the resources they need to perform their duties effectively.

Your other key responsibilities will include keeping printers, desktop telephony, and meeting rooms running smoothly, maintaining tidy tickets, accurate asset records, and short, reusable knowledge articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong Windows endpoint skills, including SOE/MOE and lifecycle management. You must also have hands-on experience with Intune or MECM, as well as AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 admin.

Furthermore, you should have service desk experience with ServiceNow (or similar) and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Solid network basics, including DNS and DHCP, are also essential.
