Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Excellence Specialist to join our Product and Innovation team. As part of the Australian Steel Products portfolio, we have six major manufacturing sites at Port Kembla that deliver a variety of products and services to our export and domestic customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support painted product quality through process improvements and ensure product standards are met. Key responsibilities include providing technical support on paint lines, analysing data to enhance product performance, and collaborating with the manufacturing plant to ensure painted product quality.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in materials or chemical engineering
  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry – operational, process, or technical environment
  • A commitment to safety and wellbeing
  • Developed communication and influencing skills
