Key Responsibilities
  • Provide facilities support to our onsite team, including information reporting, inspections, and facility set-ups.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory management, occupancy services, helpdesk, and visitor management.
  • Assist at reception as required for visitor queries and supporting vendors.
  • Operate vendor management system and be accountable for visitor tracking.
  • Book and manage helpdesk tickets through the work management system.
  • Engage with vendors for the supply of various goods and services.
  • Monitor health and safety of the workplace on-site.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage vendors and visitors.
  • Strong team player and capable of working independently.
  • Organizational and time management capability.
  • Competent in use of MS Office suite.
  • Client focus.
