- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory management, occupancy services, helpdesk, and visitor management.
- Assist at reception as required for visitor queries and supporting vendors.
- Operate vendor management system and be accountable for visitor tracking.
- Book and manage helpdesk tickets through the work management system.
- Engage with vendors for the supply of various goods and services.
- Monitor health and safety of the workplace on-site.
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to manage vendors and visitors.
- Strong team player and capable of working independently.
- Organizational and time management capability.
- Competent in use of MS Office suite.
- Client focus.
