Job Title: Site Quality Manager

About the Role
  • This is a senior role that oversees all quality control and assurance processes on-site.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our site quality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and experience working on large infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is done safely, according to quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and budget. This includes coordinating with the site installation team, performing QA/QC inspections and testing, conducting site audits and inspections, developing and implementing the site quality plan, and promoting a commitment to quality within the site team.

The successful candidate will have a university degree in QA/QC and certification as per quality standards. They should also have qualifications in welding inspection (e.g., AWS/ASNT certifications, CSWIP or similar) and proven experience working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in welding inspection (e.g., AWS/ASNT certifications, CSWIP or similar)
  • Proven experience working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, standards, and best practices; IWE qualification preferred
  • Experience in hydro power plant construction projects or the oil and gas sector
  • Previous experience in a senior or management-level position
