Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our quality and compliance team. This role involves implementing high-quality services that exceed expectations for both participants and employers by upholding the highest standards of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant degree in a field such as law, management or public health.
  • At least 3-years experience in a similar role focussed on program quality and compliance.
  • Direct or related experience within Commonwealth-funded employment services, preferably in IEA, Disability Employment Services, Transition to Work or similar programs.
