About the Role

The Senior Site Manager will oversee large commercial fit out projects in Sydney CBD, working closely with a strong senior management team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and managing projects through to completion
  • Providing regular project reports on time, cost, and quality
  • Working with subcontractors to drive programme delivery
  • Building relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
  • Delivering exceptional customer service during the handover and defects phase
  • Ensuring Health, Safety, and Welfare requirements are met for each project under relevant legislation and company systems
About You

We're seeking an experienced professional who has delivered commercial fit out projects from start to finish.

You should possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
