Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for making phone calls to existing clients to book their next appointment and contacting prospective clients who have shown an interest in our hearing services.

  • Accurately booking appointments with clients
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
  • Promoting our range of products and delivery services
  • Utilizing benefit selling techniques where possible to encourage appointment bookings
  • Making high volumes of phone calls
  • Updating client records in a timely manner
