Our mission is to provide exceptional hearing care solutions, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

The role we are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional for involves welcoming clients, managing their experience for optimal outcomes, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, efficiently managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring accurate billing.

This part-time position has set hours each Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We're looking for someone reliable for this core day with flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed. There may also be opportunities to take on more hours at other clinics over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and manage their experience
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians
  • Manage day-to-day operations efficiently
  • Billing and finance management

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
  • Passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work autonomously and within a team
  • Focus on results and best possible outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills
