About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Sales Planning and Review: Own the sales plan, create and review it with the sales team and regional head, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Customer Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and develop and execute sales strategies to close deals.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and submit proposals to clients, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Account Planning and Review: Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and revenue, and review and analyze account performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience in information technology, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling Oracle applications and technology services.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
