About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in developing bespoke applications in the IT domain and interfacing with clients to elicit technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine technical requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage deliverables prioritization, estimation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize expertise in agile environments to drive project success.
  • Apply knowledge of Global Payroll to design and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, Global Payroll, and Absence Management.
  • Experience with Rules Writing, Configuration, Processing, Enhancement Design, Testing, Troubleshooting, and Support for Global Payroll and Absence Management.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll business processes and legislative requirements for Australian Payrolls.
  • SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting activities.
  • Experience in Global Payroll implementations for complex and bespoke pay and conditions policy.
  • Experience in multi-company implementations, and Rules Writing and Configuration to cater for multiple entities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Citizen of Australia.
  • Having a minimum of baseline security clearance.
  • Experience in above-mentioned Technical Skills: Minimum 10 years.
  • Ability to work from office all 5 days a week.
