Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sustainability consultants to deliver exceptional service delivery and project profitability.
  • Develop and implement new services and solutions to support our clients' sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence the future direction of sustainability policy and practice.
  • Manage and present to clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop opportunities for new business and growth, leveraging your industry network and expertise.
  • Assess and report on business risks and opportunities, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to sustainability.
  • Ensure clients receive meaningful and actionable reports, driving sustainability outcomes and business value.
  • Manage project and portfolio budgets and workflows, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
  • Lead and mentor the consultancy teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain processes and procedures to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Perform project QA and 6-monthly service compliance reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Perform quarterly audits and reports as required, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in building design, construction, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, tendering, and financial management.
  • Growth mindset to drive business growth and scale.
  • Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and service improvement.
  • Experience in managing design or consulting teams, with a focus on exceptional service delivery and project profitability.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Highly organized and motivated, with a can-do attitude and a passion for sustainability.
  • Ability to establish the framework, objectives, and targets to manage a team to KPIs.
