The Workday Payroll implementation Consultant plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by resolving complex intersystem problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clients through transformation, implementation, and operational phases of Workday payroll projects.
  • Configure initiatives to meet business requirements and design specifications.
  • Develop expertise in Workday payroll product knowledge, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation methodologies.
  • Recommend solutions based on client needs, project timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct design sessions and configuration decisions using best practices.
  • Engage with clients throughout project phases, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to Workday payroll.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to configure and test integrations with selected payroll and benefits providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience in Workday payroll implementation, functional implementation, and human resources, payroll, or financial software preferred.
