Strategic Payroll Implementation Specialist

In this key role, you will spearhead the implementation of payroll functionalities within a large-scale Workday implementation.

  • A proven track record in payroll deployment and thorough understanding of payroll business processes.
  • 3+ years of hands-on project delivery experience with a focus on high-stakes, time-sensitive projects.
  • Prior experience in payroll transformation, including requirements gathering, design, build, test, change management, and go-live support.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver results under pressure.
  • Data mapping expertise and advanced Excel skills are essential for success.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with vendors and partners.

Requirements:

  • You must be based in Melbourne or Sydney and hold full Australian working rights.
