About The Role

This key role involves delivering evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to clients under Aged Care Funding.

These services aim to promote independence, restore functional ability and enable clients to remain living at home. Permanent daytime schedules apply with no weekend or shift work required.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Possess The Following Skills And Qualifications:
  • A Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients within the community.
  • Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and well-being frameworks, including reablement and restorative care models.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate effectively both as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, with a willingness to utilise required software to facilitate remote work.
  • Commitment to understanding and upholding the organisation's values through professional interactions.
  • A valid unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
