About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to assist people in recovering from workplace injuries. You will evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs, identify future employment or training options, and provide effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress towards their return to work goal.

  • You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.

You will also contribute to the development of injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests.
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
