About The Role:

BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Ballina and surrounding areas.

As a Home Care Physiotherapist, you will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

About You:

Requirements include: degree in physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration; demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community; post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings; comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models; confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team; excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated computer literacy; alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission; current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain; unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.
