Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload aligned with your areas of interest and conduct clinical assessments of emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions
  • Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions and provide environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings
  • Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence and stay compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines
  • Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
  • Passion for working in the disability and community sector
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area
