Senior Communications Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead our organisation's communication strategies.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating responses to media inquiries.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to build strong relationships and promote the organisation's objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on communication matters.
  • Supervise a team of communication professionals, supporting their growth and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts, reporting on outcomes and areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. They will also have proven experience in managing communication strategies and campaigns, as well as strong writing and editing skills.
