Lead a Claims Communications Strategy

The role involves leading content and tender communications, creating a messaging library, and managing change communications for the Claims team.

You will develop content strategies aligned with Claims initiatives, change activities, and engagement, delivering on-brand content across all channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted messages and marketing plans aligned with TAL's broader strategy.
  • Create a messaging library to drive engagement and simplify complex concepts.
  • Manage change communications for the Claims team and build relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial services, insurance, or superannuation.
  • Strong B2B/B2C marketing and communications skills.
  • Able to think strategically and execute detailed plans.
