The Corporate Counsel plays a pivotal role in providing legal advice and guidance on regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters across the organization. They cover telecommunications, consumer law, privacy, and risk management.

The role supports a multi-year program to enhance regulatory processes, manage external lawyers as needed, and ensures compliance with laws, industry codes, and critical infrastructure obligations.

In addition, the Counsel works closely with business stakeholders and the Regulatory & Corporate Affairs team to address regulatory advocacy, remediation, and engagement with law enforcement authorities.

This role requires staying informed of legal and industry developments, implementing regulatory changes, and balancing strong compliance with a commercial approach in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
