Senior Legal Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned senior legal advisor to join our in-house legal team. As a key member of the group-wide compliance and governance management team, you will provide strategic advice on corporate reporting and regulatory monitoring.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance and Governance Management: Develop and implement effective compliance systems to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Corporate Reporting and Regulatory Monitoring: Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and risk assessment to support business growth.
  • Regulatory and Risk Advice: Offer strategic guidance on regulatory matters and risk management across business units.
  • Transaction Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
