Young Minds Psychosis Prevention Specialist

Job Description:
As an Early Intervention Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based, recovery-focused care to young people experiencing or at high risk of psychosis. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver early intervention and prevention services, empowering young people to achieve their goals and improve their mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing clinical care to young people, focusing on early prevention and reducing the duration of untreated psychosis.
- Support young people in setting and achieving recovery goals, including symptom relief and stress management.
- Address co-occurring challenges such as substance misuse through tailored planning and interventions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and complete administrative tasks using a secure electronic system.
