Leading Early Childhood Educator Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of our centre, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional care and education to children.
About this role- Provide strategic direction and guidance to your team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
- Mentor and develop the capabilities of your team members, promoting their growth and development within the organisation.
- Act as the second-in-command, assuming responsibility for managing the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.
- Our centre is a well-established 112-place facility situated on two hectares of land just off the Calder Freeway.
- Our learning environments are designed to cater to children's needs, providing sensory and play-based experiences from Nursery to Kindergarten.
- Our outdoor spaces offer ample opportunities for children to engage in physical activity and exploration, with four play areas featuring large sandpits, cubby houses, and shade structures.
