Lead Early Childhood Educator Position

We are seeking an experienced early childhood educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. As a key member of our centre's management team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality educational programs and services for children aged 0-5 years.

  • With a strong background in early childhood education and a Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent), you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and developing and implementing engaging learning programs that meet the needs of all children.

You will work closely with our centre's Manager to achieve our goals and objectives, ensuring that our centre remains a leader in early childhood education. If you have a passion for early childhood education, excellent leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for children, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in early childhood education
